Gibson Honey have just won the British Property Award for Ruislip, for the 5th successive year! Also, on 09.01.2026 we won the gold award for the whole of West London! One of the reasons people choose us is that our results have been recognised with these awards and our service has been independently recognised as best in class.


On November 21st 2025 it was announced that Gibson Honey won the British Property Gold Award for Ruislip, for an unprecedented FIFTH successive year. Our team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focuses on customer service levels.

We are absolutely delighted with our staff and their achievement in having won this award for an unprecedented FIFTH year running, which means that we have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced later in the year (09.01.26 - We have just won the gold award for West London).

The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.
