The housing market remains open for business

Gibson Honey are pleased to continue to help you with all your property needs.

Following the announcement of another lockdown, the good news is the housing market will remain open, briefly the official guidance is:

"You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary. Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings. Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in, and wearing a face covering."

The safety of our clients and staff is our primary concern and following our experience during the last two lockdowns and review of the guidelines, we are continuing with our set procedures to ensure such safety. These include the wearing of PPE, frequent hand washing and regular sanitising for all our staff. Our office has also been re organised to comply with social distancing and we have strict cleaning procedures in place. A visit to our office is possible but strictly by appointment only and we will require all visitors to adhere to social distancing and be wearing a face covering.
